		<description>I have seen the ad for “Obama credit card bailout program”  and was thinking about going for it. Thanks to your post... I'm reconsidering my decision and won't go for it. Rather, as you've rightfully said, I would negotiate with my creditor and try to lower the credit card debts and pay it off.</description>
