yes it is a good book

I have read other books by Chip Cummings like:

1) The Mortgage Myth - 77 Insider Secrets to Saving Thousands on Home Financing

2) Stop Selling and Start Listening! Marketing Strategies That Create Top Producers

But haven't read this one yet. The above 2 were really good and I think this one will also be quite informative.
