I had purchased the book some time book and specially liked Part 3 - Financial returns to low-income homeowners. It covers;
a. Asset Appreciation, Timing of Purchases & Sales, and Returns to Low-Income Homeownership
b. Home Price Appreciation in Low and Moderate Income Markets
c. Policy Implications of Portfolio Choice in Undeserved Mortgage Markets
Overall a very good book to purchase.
