The subprime lending market is growing rapidly due to use of securitization and the attempts of lending institutions to boost their client pool.

This book gives readers a working, up-to-date knowledge of subprime consumer lending. It provides a guide to the concept of credit risk as it relates to lending practices.

Book is quite good but I would have liked the price to be a bit lower. Subprime lending is what not many people are aware of, it will be quite useful for them.

This book will work as a very good tutorial on subprime lending. I have purchased this book earlier and it is a collection of papers on the topic of subprime lending market.

Book also clearly explains the differences between lending in the prime segment to subprime lending.
