It's a joint effort from our end to assist first time buyers with an overall idea on how to plan for home buying and mortgage shopping. Author: Jessica Bennet Price: $24 (If you need a free copy post under this thread) The handbook guides you with common questions which can help you choose the right lender and the best loan program available for you. There are mortgage shopping worksheets for collecting data from lenders and then comparing the offers. Moreover, there is an excel based Decision Making tool to help you make simple calculations on your mortgage so that you are able to take wise decisions. Chapters Which is the better Option – Buying or Renting? Which home buying option is right for you? Can you qualify for a mortgage? Which lender should you approach? Which Rate Option suits your situation? How can you decide upon the right lender? How would you apply for mortgage pre-approval? What's next after applying? What is closing all about?
