hi i am a mortgage broker who does alot of high ltv 2nd mort

Do you know of any lenders still around there working with mortgage brokers such as myself on high ltv 2nd mortgage such as heloc's or closed end that can do cltv's over 85%? i need 90 or 95% full doc. We do 15 to 20 of these a month but are running out of lenders

From which state are you in? or do you deal with lenders in different states? you may like to go through the community professionals page at http://www.mortgagefit.com/community/professionals.html . You'll find some lenders and brokers there who are quite active in our forums. So if you contact them, hopefully you'll get a quick reply.
