Can someone quitclaim their house to their spouse to claim no assets and pay no child support to an ex wife. Can a judge override this if it is found that the money to purchasevthe home and the payments are by him?

Welcome Carrie,

A person can transfer his or her property to anyone he or she wishes. You need to contact a real estate attorney in order to check out whether or not a judge can override such a transfer of property.
