I received a 1099A on a timeshare property that I purchased, and was no longer able to afford it. So i need to know do I need to file it on my tax return and where on the form do I put it.

Hi superstarr!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to file the 1099A form that you've received when you file your tax return. You should contact a tax adviser and he will guide you in this matter.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
