My husband and I were divorced February, 2008. I had been moved out of the house since August, 2007, yet with all my belongings remaining there. In May, 2008 he allowed me to return back to our home due to the economy, to help me get on my feet. In the divorce papers it states I will sign a Quick Claim Deed giving him our home. However, I never signed one, his attorney has since went out of business unable to locate him. My ex is talking again needing to get on with his life, and me out of the house, even though everything except one room is my furniture and clothes. I have changed my mind 'cause I still love him. What are my rights because during this year we do sleep in separate rooms, however have romantic passion at his request at least once a week. I have not told him I will not sign though. Help Me

If this was ruled by a judge and was in yoru divorce papers, then you are liable to give him quit claim deed.

I think you would be better off talking to your ex and tellign him your intensions to get back
