bought house in 06 for 90,000-chapter 7 in 09.1099a states value at 108000 in this economy!Why are they allowed to falsely appraise the house.saw it listed online as govt. owned for sale for 39,000.i dont trust B of A. Twisted Evil

I'm not at all certain that an appraisal was done to "falsely" state value. What a home will sell for in this period of time after a home has gone to foreclosure is far less than what it might bring if being sold by a homeowner. That's just the facts of the situation.
