i own a piece property, and i let my ex daughter in-law put a trailer on the property. she didn't pay the taxes on the trailer for one year, however the trailer is no longer on the property and now the county is trying to place lien on the property to get the taxes paid off. can the state of ky come after the property owner to pay off the delinquent taxes on the trailer?

I think the state will be able come after the property owner in order to recover the delinquent taxes. I will suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
