I wanted to know if it was legal for HUD to pay the fair market price rather than the outstanding balance owed. Also, we sent a letter almost twThe loan had been through three lenders, and the charges were not coherent. We did not receive the breakdown until the day we had to move from our house and it was not complete. What lawwas broken when the lender, ignored our request for a breakidown of the request.

Yuvonne, I'm afraid that there's no context given here for any of us to respond to.

What took place? How much was the "fair market price," and who established that number? How much was actually paid, and to whom was it paid? What is the breakdown that you requested, and what makes you think that there was a law broken?

Can you elaborate a bit, please?
