Can you help me understand why fathers have to payback 50% of medicaid claims for maternity, and the mother of the child does not have to pay back anything. I do not understand this at all. State- Indiana
This is something which the Medicaid authorities will be able to answer better. You should also contact a local attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
