I think you should look out for credit cards available with Bank of America or Citibank.

Hello Pasquale!

After doing just a bit of research It appears that HSBC offers some of the best programs available. No annual fees, intro rate for 12 months @0% and as low as 7.99% after. It always depends on your credit of course.

It also depends on what you are looking to do with it. Are you looking to make a big purchase that will take you a long time to payoff or are you just looking for something to help you build better credit?

If you are just looking to build your credit then just make sure you pick a card that offers a grace period while making sure that you pay your balance in full every month. Then you can manage to pick a rewards or cash back credit card that has a higher interest rate. It won't matter what the interest rate is as long as you can pay your balance in full every month.

I hope that helped. Best of luck! Very Happy
