I am smith. I am here to solve my one query. If everything goes right than when I get the cash of my applied loan. And how they paid to me?

Any suggestion or idea would be greatly appreciated.

The closing agent records the deed and mortgage at your county recorder’s office or registry of deeds after the closing. This legal transfer of the property may take sometime. Once the transaction has been recorded, the closing agent will disburse the funds to everyone who is owed money from the sale - the seller, real estate professionals, and the lender. After the recording of deed, the buyer becomes the official owner of the home.
