I got my home out of foreclosure but now the bank has set my account up as an escrow account (originally not set up this way) to pay my property taxes. I only found this out when i received a monthly statement. When I mailed last months payment in for the mortgage - the bank applied it to the escrow account now my mortgage is overdue again. Can they do this
