Chase has our mortgage and taxes and insurance are escrowed. This is the second year Chase has sent the Homeowers insurance to the wrong address resulting in cancellation of homeowners. We found out by calling our Insurance company for information only to be told we had been cancelledthree months ago! The first time was the day before Hurricane Ike made landfall......we had some damage ....and nonce again this year.......we have water damage from broken pipes and no insurance. Chase is not helping although they admit it was their fault......What can we do?

I would suggest you to contact a lawyer who would in turn deal with your lender regarding this issue. The lawyer will let you know what steps you need to take in this regard.

that's probably your best bet, as chase's servicing is apparently consistent in failing you here. you can also discuss this with the banking commission in your locale, to see if there's a remedy there. attorneys general always love to hear about these issues, also (especially those named Blumenthal).
