I am paying rent less than what i am getting HRA. Can I create fake receipt as per HRA?
if yes, how? And how i that receipt show authorised?
For doing that, is my job come in threats?
Please advoice me..!!

Yes you can provide such fake receipt, But its not legal thing. If investigated you could loose your job. Its risky.

Ans as you discussed the receipt may be authorised but as long as the investgation is not taking place for the confirmaton of your information.

So finally I will suggest why to go for such illegal things. It will not definately advisable to go with such fake receipt.

tax payer is answerable for all the supporting evidences. it may be audited by tax officers

yeah go ahead and prepare a fake receipt...it's called fraud, but if you don't get caught you'll get away with it.

of course, if you do get caught, you'll have to pay penance in one form or another.
