i don't know what a fax less payday loan is, but i do know that a payday loan will rob you of your money, your good sense and your future if you're not careful.
these forums are full of posts complaining about payday loans and what they've done to people's budgets and ways of life.
if you can avoid them, please do so.

Hi smithjaddy!

Welcome to forums!

When you apply for a pay day loan, you are required to fax various documents to a lender in order to convince him that you are the right candidate for the loan. Fax less payday loans require no faxing of any of the required documents at the time of applying for the loan. You can get the pay day loan without any kind of verification.

However, I agree with George that the pay day loans can create problem for you in the loan run. You can check out a detailed discussion about Geneva Roth, one of the pay day loan companies and complaints that people have about them at http://www.mortgagefit.com/know-how/about5836.html .

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hello All,

Thanks for your suggestions.

As per my previous post, I would like give you more specific information so any of you can help me. Actually I am looking for quick cash and someone has suggest me faxless payday loan for quick approved. But, before I can apply for the faxless payday loan, I need some information. What is the current interest rate? Is their any hidden charges? I visit some advertisement on internet and they says: Apply for No Fax PDL, No hidden charge. Is it true?

Again thanks for your helpful reply.

Hi smithjaddy

As far as I know, the interest rates for the payday loans vary from company to company. Though taking a payday loan is a good way to get some quick cash, lots of people face serious issues with the payday loan companies. So if you need some quick cash, I would suggest you to contact your friends or relatives and check out if they can lend you money.

Thanks.

i wouldn't believe the claims of a payday loan company, but then i wouldn't even contemplate seeking a loan from one, so it's a moot point.

as for "no hidden fees" maybe that means that all of their exorbitant fees are disclosed to you upfront. that's a nice way to do business, in general, but i think you'll find that you're still getting hammered.

then, once you begin to repay this loan, you'll find the interest rate to be out of sight and that's how they hook folk. charge a ridiculously high rate so that people can't pay the loan off and force them to take a new advance to pay the old, ad infinitum.

be very wary.

Hi smithjaddy,

I guess you will be applying for the loan on your friend's behalf. In that case you can go for a personal loan. However, the lenders giving personal loan will check your financial situation and credit score before giving you the loan. Moreover, you should also note that if you face a financial crisis in the near future, then you will have trouble paying off this loan.

Take Care.

taking a loan for a friend is equally risky as cosigning. i suppose if your relationship is such that it can work (and will work) and if you're committed to doing it, you may as well.

and to piggyback on what sara has said...why not a personal loan through a conventional lender, such as a credit union, bank or finance company? you won't pay 100% interest on those, like you will with a payday lender or a "quick cash" lender.

depending on where you apply for such a loan, that timing may vary. i'd say not more than a couple of days is reasonable.

Have you tried going to a small finance company in your local community.
It would be better than getting a payday loan.

If you can truly afford a payday and the payday loan laws online are governed by your state and not some crazy high 500% interest rate, and you are in a bind, and you have no other option then I can see why you are considering taking one.

But on the other hand, they can get very expensive if you have to refinance the loan every payperiod only paying that high fee. You loose so much money.

So, it would be in your best interest to go and try to get a personal loan from finance company. You normally know within the same day if you qualify and how much you qualify for.

You may have to put up some personal collateral like some electronics. But it is better than a pay-day loan
