if someone is part/owner of the house & their name is on the deed. Do they need to file for tax property too? even if they haven't invest any money into the house?

Hi msaeteurn,

The owners of the property (part or full) are responsible for the property taxes. It depends upon the owners to decide as to who will pay off the property tax dues. Paying the property taxes doesn't depend upon the fact whether or not you've invested the money into the house.
