I did a quitclain deed on my property to my son, but i'm still the person in the loan. He need to fill out his taxes, should he claim the taxes paid in the propert or should I do that. Please help me. thanks

In my opinion, as he is paying the property taxes, he will be able to claim the deductions when he files for the taxes.
