I recieved a 1099 A form from my lender and I am not sure how to file my taxes. The FMV is way below what I owe. What form do I need to fill out? Do I need to file?

Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

You may have to attach this form with your tax documents. You should contact a tax adviser and he will assist you in this matter further.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
