IF I open a demat account in the name of my sister and do trading with that,I ALSO INVEST MY MONEY.
Whatever income i am gaining is that included in my income OR MY SISTER NAME?
IF THIS TRUE THEN IS THIS INCLUDE IN MY TAX?

PLEASE CLERIFY WHAT IS CORRECT?

i think you and your sister ought to sit down and have a discussion.

you need to be careful involving yourself with other people and money. i just responded to your post about a loan you cosigned. learn your lesson quickly: it's dangerous to combine friendship with money or family with money.

What ever the gains you have will not be inculded in yoru income. Your sister need to pay taxes on it
