If I have paid the money towards the property purchase for last 10 days and still haven't got the property deed transfered on my name.As it is a big amount involved can I ask for an interest for the said time frame if it gets delayed further.??

You shoudl have this in your initial sale agreement

Hi fredwaltz,

I don't think you would be able to get the interest accrued on that amount. However, you should ask the seller to take swift actions and transfer the property deed in your name.
