If I do an interspousal deed, will my property taxes increase due to the transfer? Also, will the Federal and State tax me on April 15?

Thank you for your input.

Welcome mema,

Transfer of property may lead to change in property taxes as the property will be reassessed after the transfer. A CPA will be the best to let you know whether or not the Federal and the State will tax you on April 15.
