Hi sfranciuos,
Did you speak to the local lenders of your area in order to check whether or not they can help you with such a loan. If not, then I would suggest you to speak to them first and get an idea about the rates and terms you would receive. You can even seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community. They would be able to let you know whether or not you would get a loan.
