Currently I am trying to get loan from cooperative which i am a member. But due to some [internal cooperative] problems, they can not finance us. Anybody can suggest where should I go? I am preparing collateral with market price 2x of the loan.

You will have to contact lenders who are ready to give business loans. You should contact your local lenders to know the type of rates and terms they would be offering you. Thus, you would get an idea whether or not you would be able to afford such a loan. You can even seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community.
