Hi everyone,
I need a personal loan or business loans from foreign parties to develop my small hotel in the place of my birth. The hotel is now managed by my mother for the cost of his life every day to feed 20 people and employees. The hotel is owned by my mother giving my dad who died 14 years ago. we need the money about $ 100,000 to rehabilitate the building conditions and management that has been 40 years had never been in the renovation and rehabilitation seriously. Now my mother is old, the age to 70, he was still in control of its business manually, without the assistance of professional management. I am sorry for him, because he told me he was tired so I am intending to continue pengeloaan management and rebuild it into a more permenen hotel and representative. But now we face our internal finances. And we face the problem of licensing from the government, because we can not extend the permissions because there is no money to take care and pay for it. Are there any among you who can help us? I hope there are investors who are willing to assist in funding and management, so we returned the hotel to operate properly and generate money as well. I am currently living in Jakarta, but the hotel we were in Baturaden, a mountainous tourist area on the slopes of Mount Slamet in Central Java - Indonesia. The capacity of the rooms we have there are 22 rooms, 1500 square meters land area. stood since 1968. The natural scenery of mountains and city views Navan below makes this beautiful hotel and has more value than any other hotel.
