We are looking at buying a mobile home for only 4,000 dollars. Should we get a personal loan? Also my fiance has bad credit and I have no credit. But all of our bills are paid on time and our rent has never been late. Is there any hope for us?

Hi Guest,

With a bad credit or no credit, it would be difficult for you to get a loan. However, I would still suggest your fiance to apply for a personal loan and check out if he can get approved for it. The personal property loans are available with retailers who sell mobile homes.

Thanks

There is hope, but honestly it would be a little hard for you to get a loan with that bad credit and no credit. Maybe you can work on getting good credit first? Anyway, there's no harm in trying. Apply for the loan and see if you can get approved. Good luck.

Yes that' right man. I think the first thing that you have to establish is a good credit. If you have already built such reputation, then it'll be easy for already to apply for loan. Try doing so, maybe it'll work that way.

I'm confused, you pay all your bills in full and on time but have bad credit? Is it just because of something in the past or are there recent problems?
