You can get both FHA and conventional loans for your mobile home. However, your credit score and income will play an important role while getting a mortgage. The lender will check them in order to approve a loan in your name. Moreover, your mobile home should not be build prior to 1976. Mobile homes build prior to 1976 do not qualify for loans.
