I have about $16000.00 in credit card debts. I want to purchase a mobile home. I need to borrow 20,000 in order to pay off my credit debts I need a low interest rate and 20 to 30 year loan. If I could get this with close to $100. monthy would be great. Can you help asap.

joanne, i am afraid you won't be able to find someone who could give you a personal loan for a 20 or 30 year term. even the most liberal of lenders would choke on that.

It really is difficult for such a long term. What option I see, is to wait for the time till you save on the installments you would be saving and take a small amount of personal loan that you can afford. Both these options cummulatively will help to pay off your credit cards.

Hi, Yes it is going to be near impossible to get a loan for 20-30 years. Most only offer 1 year is the most common and ive seen the most is 72 months or 6 years.
