One of my friend is in USA for company work but he is employer in india and permentely from india. And living from last 1 year in USA .
His income is also come in tax.
So where he applicable for pay tax ,In USA or India.
If USA,then what he need to do that for tax payment.

Can he pay tax by online?
what is procedure to pay tax online and to do return file?
Please Send me detail of all procedure of yax payment.

Hi aksh,

As your friend is a permanent resident of India, he will have to pay taxes in India. He is in USA just for a professional purpose. As far as I know taxes can be paid online in India. For further details, you can check out the following page: "onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/Index.html"

It woudl depend on what type of VISA he has. Some requires him to pay taxes here, sicne he earned the income here in US.

If he is paid perdium, then that is nto taxable
