Personal Accout is taxble?
because I invest more money in PPF account and I got interest on that. so this Investment is taxable.

In my opinion, personal account is taxable. It would be better if you could contact a tax adviser and check out his opinion in this regard.

if you are speaking of interest earned on a savings account in the united states, then the answer is "yes." interest earned on savings accounts is fully taxable.
