| I have had the money deducted from my payroll check for the last year (Hyatt Legal Plan) and honestly wasn't sure if I should keep it on. My husband and I have hit bottom financially and I was considering bankruptcy. I called and the rep I spoke to said all legal fees would be billed to them. It is the court costs and filling fees that would have to be taken care of. Any insight is greatly appreciated. I never thought it would get to this point... |

I do not feel it would be a good option to use a prepaid legal service for bankruptcy. Rather it would be better if you could consult an attorney personally and take his opinion in this regard. When you consult an attorney, check his/her credentials with the bar association. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great. |

| George don't take it personal. Prepaid legal offers great rates and A+++ service. It has changed me and my families financial status. |
