I sold 40 acres of vacant land which was a separate parcel and 15 acres of land attached to my home to create 1 parcel. I sold the total package for 95,000.00 what would my property gain tax be?

you'll be best served to speak with a tax consultant or with the irs directly - i believe you mean "capital" gains, right?
