We are under the water.
We owed this year 2nd property tax . Will it effect to my husband and my credit score? I am the only one loan borrower, but we both have name on title.

The property taxes does not get reported to the credit bureaus...thus your score is unaffected.

Eventually, delinquent taxes may enter foreclosure and get listed in the public records area of your credit report.

Also, if you ever attempt to refinance or take out an equity loan, your lender will run the search and require you to become current on your obligations.
