I had to take emergency money from my IRA this past year to balance my checking account - when I took the money out, the credit union also took out additional money to cover taxes. How do I fill out my 1040-A form to reflect this IRA dispursement?

Welcome kathypoetzsch,

You should contact a tax adviser and he will be the best person to help you in filling out the 1040-A form.
