I have just sold 100 my shares that i was aloted in a IPO and got 30 % profit in a span of 3 months, just want to know is this amount taxable, iF YES ,How i can save tax ON MY SHARE PROFIT ? hELP?

Yes this profit is taxable If you reinvest this money in any otehr stock and keep in ti for year yourtaxes may be less
