Does Section 8 imcome include ones Medicare Part B and iother health insurance?

Recentlly my income was lowered when Part B was taken out of my SSA check. I must carry dental and vision insurance because Medical doeswn't cover it. Does this count as income?

As far as I know, Medicare Part B and other health insurance benefits are not considered as an income. However, your social security income will be considered as an income in case of section 8.
