Iam looking for information on how to find a mortgage co that deals in soft second mortages in New Orleans La. I am a real estate agent.

You can directly speak to the lenders of your area and check out if they can offer you such type of loans. Speaking to a few lenders will give you an idea about the prevailing market rates.

lousiana housing finance agency
the finance authority of new orleans
louisiana recovery authority
new orleans neighborhood development collaborative

that's 4 agencies that do soft seconds that i found on a google search. i hate to ask this, but are you absolutely certain you're a real estate agent in new orleans?
