me and my husband divorced and sold house i am on the deed but not mortgage. all my profit went to my attorney by a lien she put on it. do I file this with my taxes?

Hi kbm,

As you were not on the mortgage, you won't have to mention it in the taxes. Nevertheless, it will be better of you could take the help of a tax adviser in this regard.
