I carry the note on a home and it's been a nightmare,the new owner left it uninsured for 3 months,then did not put us as payee's when she did get it,refuses to show proof of ins. an tax's paid does'nt want to do a closing,we have a hand written contract only,now she wants to claim interest paid on her tax's and she wants my SS# should I give her this,am I obligated to give her this??Wish I had never done this!!

Welcome Guest,

I did not understand why she had asked for your social security number. You should contact an attorney and show him the handwritten contract and check out what legal actions can you take against the new owner of the property.
