When using the calculator on- How much can I afford ?

Is the required monthly income my gross ( before taxes ) or my net pay ( after taxes ) ? Thank you .

Welcome Dpmorris,

When you use the calculator on "How much you can afford", the "monthly income" will be the gross monthly income and not your net pay after taxes.

I've used this calculator, so i can say that it's easy to use Cool
