Consumer loan payments
Consumer loan payments include credit cards, auto loans and student loans. Enter the number of late payments (30, 60 or 90+ days) you have made in the past 2 years on any of these loans.

Mortgage or rent payments
Mortgage payments may include monthly installments on a purchase mortgage, a refinance loan or second mortgage. Have you made late payments on mortgage/rent in the past 2 years? If yes, then input the number of late payments.

Bankruptcy last 2 years
If you have filed bankruptcy in the past 2 years, then click on the "Yes" button.

Bankruptcy 3 to 7 years
In case you havve filed bankruptcy in the last 3 to 7 years, then click on the "Yes" button.

Foreclosure last 2 years
In the last 2 years if you or any of your co-borrowers had a property sold under foreclosure, check this button as "Yes".

Foreclosure 3 to 7 years
Have you or any of your co-borrowers lost your home in a foreclosure in the past 3-7 years? If yes, then check this button as "Yes".

Open lien
Check this button as "Yes" if you or any of your co-borrowers have open collection items, charge-offs, judgments or liens.
