my house is up for auction on the 23 of August I was just denied a loan modification . How long will I have before I have to move out

Hi mamacheryl!

Welcome to forums!

Once the foreclosure sale is over, the lender will send you an eviction notice to leave the property. The time period to leave the property will be mentioned in the deed. You'll have to leave the property within that time period. Normally, the lender gives a 3 day time period to leave the property.
