With a bad credit it would be difficult for you to get a loan. However, I would suggest you to contact some of the local lenders of area and check out if they would be ready to give you a loan. You can even speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from them and check out whether or not you would qualify for a loan. You should note that in order to get a loan, you should have a credit score of at least 720-740. Thanks
