The reason my home was foreclosed on was due to a lenghthy illness and death of my mother and loss of hours at one of my jobs. The mortgage holder is all for my buying back my home but does not offer a program to do so. The mortgage company is in California and my home is located in Alabama. Is there any way that you can direct to help me buy back my home. the mortgage company does not want it and in the economy in California and Alabama there are so many foreclosures they have no investors and I want my home back Thank you

If you think that you can arrange the down payment and get pre-approval for the mortgage then I think you could be able to get yur home back. I hope that you have got a decent work now so that you could be able to pay off the debt on time.... Feel free to ask any further query if you have.........
