husbend and wife buying property, how to hold title?
it's a first time for me(husbend), wife already has condo, she rents it to her parents, she owns a car that her parents drive

we are in California
I am concern about protection from liabilities from her rental

should we take title Join Tenants with survivorship rights?
although it says that Join tenants it't a worst way to hold title for spouses

"it says" - what is the source for the statement that joint tenancy is the worst way to hold title? i've never heard that, and given the overall preponderance of titles appearing that way, i find it a little hard to believe that there's an expert opinion of that type.
