I live in California and I remarried in 2008 and haven't changed my last name on the title of my house. How can I accomplish this?

Welcome lahosey,

You can sign a new quitclaim deed where your old name should be mentioned as the grantor whereas your new name should be mentioned as grantee. This will help you in transferring the property in your new name.
