2nd mtg charge off???

Like 0 Dislike 0 I am modifying my first loan an am in CA and have some equity in my home 150K... my 2nd is @75K and has been charged off? The bank (2nd) claims they are going to sue me when I call? Can someone please help me and advise me what to do?

I made arrangements with the collection agency to make interest free payments. That way you will avoid getting a judgement against you. That being said, if they do sue you, they can't forclose on you because of the 2,d.
